The warranty is an absolute must on this product not that it has broken but with kids sometimes they put these on and freak out because it is so real and drop them.

Based on what the sale representative told me it seemed like a peace of mind contract. The proof of the pie is in eating it so hopefully my unit works and I never have to use it.

Always good to have coverage.. just in case. Never had an issue getting something repaired.
