Having geek squad available to me gives me a sense of security for whatever amount of years I have protection for my items. Even when I have a question about my electronics they are very helpful.

Highly recommended 2 year warranty. Although I have not had the need to use the protection plan I feel less stressed know my product is protected. The product is expensive and would cost more to replace without warranty. If any damages were to occur the product is replaced with no problem.

Thank God for the protection plan!!! My oculas stopped charging and had to be replaced!! Hassle free service with best buy!

Awesome device better resolution than the 299 model

Lots of fun. I love the fact that they offer free fun games so you don't have to buy a bunch of games. The graphics are amazing and it's fun to play with friends and family living far away

While you never think anything will happen to your device, accidents happen, even if you are careful. Be protected, get the additional coverage especially if you use the device everyday or somewhat frequently, you can’t go wrong with the additional coverage….

This is my second warranty for my additional headset. I must have for any oculus headset or for most any electronic device such as computers cameras etc. This is the reason or the main reason I shop at Best Buy is this warranty. No questions asked easy Peezy replacement.

Sales associate was very good at pointing out the advantages of a GS service package with the purchase of an Oculus. A lot of real world damage can happen while you’re flailing around blinded in cyberspace

This headset is very comfortable and adds hours of playing time.

I always get the geek squad protection plans. I only buy expensive electronics from best buy solely for this reason. Great for kids electronics.

I dont know how I would function without Geek Squad. With my children always breaking one thing or another, I am happy to have the squad on my side.

Best bang for your buck. When buying high price hardware, I always recommend a Best Buy geek squad replacement plan warranty to any of my friends.

Never had a problem with the Oculus but the Geek Squad had a great extended warranty. Would replace or repair and with the hand controls was very important with grandchildren.

I havent had to use this but i have used these plans on other items and devices and have been very happy with the services provided
