This is a warranty that actually covers anything that happens to the product! I used this warranty on the original quest I just brought it in and they gave me a new one no questions asked. This is a no-brainer.

The family is loving the VR fun. My boys actually get out of their gaming chairs and onto their feet. Much better electronics choice for them. The parents love the VR worlds and places you can explore. It’s like going on a trip, only costs less and you don’t have to pack!

So glad we haven't had to use this. We bought this because our grandkids are young and I needed the peace of mind that if we were spending so much on an item that we could have it still running in 2 years.

Makes for a much better experience in the event something goes wrong or you’re struggling to set it up

Great Idea for the Oculus Meta Quest 2! I have a lot more peace of mind knowing that any damage done to the device can be repaired in a timely manner.

Fortunately, I haven’t had the pleasure in using this service in over 10 years!! Even then, service was great.

I love my quest and play it daily. It does have some tracking issues once in a while, but it’s easily solved. If you’re on the fence for this product, I truly recommend this product. It is amazing, and makes it where flat screen gaming isn’t that fun anymore.

It was pretty straightforward went to Best Buy to return an old model that was damaged they gave me a replacement the meta quest 2

Broke my ray ban meta they swapped them out with no problem. Great

Haven't had any issues since I bought this and primarily use it for Beat Saber~ Get an Elite Strap or one of the better end Halo ones tho. It'll be a game changer

Dont doubt it, just get it and enjoy the fun. Im about to get another one for myself, my kids are hogging up all the fun

I bought the geek squad replacement plan for the oculus quest 2. I haven't had to use it yet, but with grandkids I feel its important. I've gotten protection plans on previous products I've bought at Best Buy. Its great to have in case an accident or malfunction happens.

Love the protection plan it always come in handy if the product start to fault

We love this VR headset. It works well and is easy to use. We bought the battery upgrade kit. Its much nicer to wear with that. My kids love it.
