Worth every penny the oculus stopped working 3 months after having it took it to best buy an replaced it. Always purchase this with all I buy

So far so good. Haven't had to use this service yet for the tv but if i ever do they have to be better then dealing with Samsung.

I love the geek squad! Since I started shopping at best buy I have found all of their customer service people to be extremely helpful. You definately set the bar. I am so grateful for the way you make things easy to understand as well.

Well I have not had to use it yet but from what i have read its the only way to go for a product such as Meta 3

I finally had to use the warranty on something. It worked out for my son's Oculus since the battery started dying out immediately and wouldn't charge.

Pretty useful for moments when I bust my headset, not a fan of having to buy whole new parts for it not gonna lie

It is a good thing they didn’t call these guys “The Bookish Person Troop”. Although that name would be synonymous with the name Geek Squad, it isn’t as cool. I want to be a member of the Geek Squad when I grow up. They always have the right answers.

My son is loving his new oculus VR set. We got it with warranty just in case, but it has held up for the last few months with my son using it almost everyday. I will continue to shop with Best Buy for years to come. Thank you

The best investment ever. If you purchase from Best Buy, in my opinion, it’s mandatory to purchase Geek Squad services as well or you will regret it.
