I purchased this for a laptop I was buying at the same time I was buying an oculus. They applied it to the oculus and I didn’t notice. Now, my laptop is broken and I can’t get it replaced.

Was sold the 2 year service plan and later was told Best Buy Geek Squad doesn't even work on the system covered.

I hate geeksquad, the plans are costly and the techs and people working the counter and phone are jerks

Idea is really cool and depends person to person but me personally i got motion sickness from this.

Was a couple minutes late for a drop off and they wouldn’t assist me and refunded me. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me.

Did not keep the Geek Squad service because I was not happy with the product. But I would still recommend Geek Squad on electronics.

I got Meta-Glasses! Now one thing I’m REALLY glad I did? I added the 2 Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection and honestly… I’m thankful for it.
