We've been wating a VR headset for awhile and it did not disappoint. The battery on the device runs oit kind of fast for us but it last for awhile with a thrid party battery attachment.

Great protection plan my daughters oclulas stopped charging took the back to best buy to see if they could fix them . They replaced them with a new pair on the spot .Great service

I get these protection service offers for the larger electronics, but hardly ever have to use. The one time i had to use...the staff was very helpful and courteous

I always recommend adding protection to your expensive gaming equipment. Hopefully we won’t have to use it but if so, I’d like to know it’s there.

My child isn't to rough on things but I'm glad I got the geek squad protection just in case! Sometimes these things go bad before the 2 year's because something mechanical.

I had to use the 2 year protection plan in my first pair of Ray Ban meta Glasses…. When they had exactly 1 month of use. It was very easy and quick to use the waranty and get a new pair, but I got very dissapointed to know that the warranty will be void after the first use, so those 23 months left are just lost. I did get the 2 yesr protection plan again, and now I’ve paid almost half my glasses’ worth in warranties. Double-edged sword.

Its an amazing device! you can play, watch tv or even exercise, when you watch movies it makes you feel like you are part of the movie. Absolutely recommend it!

I Purchased with my Ray ban metas and it was perfect kept them until I felt I no longer wanted them or used them as much and than returned them and got gift card with what I paid minus the protection plan.. It’s great for tech that you want badly but know it’ll sit after awhile. Less than $90 for a free 2 year trail basically

Got this but hope I don't have to use. This is second one I have got and the other tore up when had 23 months so wanted to be safe with this one.

Having a blast! I bought two of these this year and my daughter and I are having a blast with them

I Rick man people get the #Warranty just in case an accident happens and your son or your daughter. Whoever using it drops it and breaks it.

A lot more better quality than last generation and a decent price for first starting out in VR

I would suggest getting warranties on all electronics especiall with kids, so you can easily replace them. This makes it really easy.

I can't say enough about the geek squad protection plan. We will not shop electronics anywhere else because they ALWAYS take great care of us with such ease!!
