I purchased 2 pairs for my son and dad. They are one of my favorite purchases since the 2Way pager.

This item was purchased for mily grandson for Christmas and he really enjoyed it I have to put it up and my room so he can go to bed.

ALWAYS buy the extended warranty, or your just throwing your money away. You know your kids gonna break it. And when they finally do it feels great to get another one without paying for the new one. But always buy another warranty for the replacement-because you know your kids gonna break it again.

Using the Quest 3 was my first experience in VR and it has been pretty impressive. The MR has been a good experience as well. My only minor gripe would be with the Meta Store UI could use a bit of work but thats not a major concern.

Highly worth it to have protection less stress. Highly recommend.

This headset exceeded all expectations I had for vr in general. I always thought it was just a cool gimmick but playing on this headset has opened the door for me into this new world. Only issue i have with the headset is the occasional slowdown or freeze up, but that only started with the last 2 big updates. I cant wait to upgrade to a quest 3 so I can try out the new mixed reality features.

All way good to have insurance and have it where you can drop it off and pick up for issues

The plan is better than expected I had to return it three time due to sound issues. Everyone was helpful all Three times with the exchange.

My son has an awesome time playing. Pretty cool that he can cast it to my phone so i can watch him play.

I wasn't thinking about getting the protection plan. I usually do not get it but the associate explained it to that it protects from any damages so I couldn't say no. Great customer service.

Great service. Worth having on this type of product that can be broken when a controller come flying out of your hand or hits something when flinging it around.

I love everything about the Geek Squad 2-year Accidental Product Replacement Warranty. At first I was leery of purchasing this warranty, but when we needed it they came through 100%. My son had purchased an Oculus and the controller cracked. The Geek Squad could not replace his controller because there were newer versions out, so they ended up refunding him 100%. I highly recommend this product warranty service and will buy it for all of my large purchases that may need a warranty in the future.

We bought this for my son for Christmas and it was his FAVORITE present by far! He loves the games on there. He even got his grandmother and grandfather on and they just loved it! They couldn’t stop laughing and they are very old so it was surreal for them to see and work this type of technology. A great product that truly can bring the whole family together. It’s also hilarious to watch the person playing the game.

The geek squad protection plan is a must. I was having issues with my quest 2. I had stick drift, battery draining, and apps closing in middle of game. I took my headset in and they exchanged it, no questions asked. I was able to upgrade to the quest 3 at a fraction of the cost because of this plan. Don’t ever go without the geek squad protection plan on large purchases!
