love the item easy to use easy for my kids to use and easy to call and ask questions

Needed a quick replacement as my Rift S had developed several issues. Rift S is no longer manufactured, but the Quest (along with a PC Link cable) works just as well and can even operate without a PC, making this very versatile. Also much more comfortable if you're not including addons for either of the two and just going off of what's in the box.

It is a total blast you really don’t realize you are playing that long . The graphics are amazing. I enjoy it more and more . Now the games are expensive but that teaches you how to enjoy each game to the fullest slowly. I love that I don’t have to go out and hunt for the games . I wish they had scrabble and more free games . But over all it is wonderful.

The Geek squad pan is easy to use the service from the square is always professional.

Hope to not have to use it but with a teen feel better about buying warranty

A fun vr headset the entire family can enoy. User friendly and kid friendly. The only drawback is the facebook account requirement. Other than that. The VR that Oculus makes is top notch. More games might be needed. But as a learning user myself of VR tech. This is a must have for a budget experience that will give any VR machine out there a run for its money. The games it currently has are enough for the family for the time that the headset is used.

I can’t believe how far we have came in technology.I’m so amazed every time I put on my VR set. I can’t wait until they come out with virtual reality so everyone around me can see what I see. i’m still learning how mess around with it but that all the fun is.

I would recommend purchasing the Geek Squad warranty most of the time. Computer related products do not usually last 2 years. I would recommend you review the items purchased as you get near the expiration date.

An opportunity to gain this product back would be awesome! That’s the first thing my 400 would go to!!! Really enjoyed having it but sadly had to sell!!!

My second geek squad purchase. This time I bought it for my oculus quest. I am passing it to my 13 year old. So it’s a must. In case he damages it, it’s $110 for 2 years, compared to $500 for the headset. Peace of mind is priceless. I hope I don’t use it, but if I do... don’t let me down Best Buy! lol
