This item will wear over time so you might as well get it for peace of mind and be covered just in case on your $300+ VR headset. Don't be one of those people that bash the amazing oculus quest 2 because you and your family pass it around head to head and it one day breaks from a rough yank or drop. Be smart and protect it!

This is now my third Meta Quest 3 due to ongoing controller issues not properly functioning with the device. Because of this, I’ve been forced to purchase three separate warranties, which feels completely unnecessary. When you buy a warranty, it should cover the product for the stated period—in this case, two years. I should not lose warranty coverage simply because the device itself was defective and had to be replaced. That was not my choice. The store was unable to fix the issue, so replacement was the only option. Defective hardware is a manufacturer and storage issue, not a customer issue. On top of that, I originally had two 256GB devices, and my replacement is now only 128GB because the larger storage option was out of stock. Downgrading storage on a replacement device is unacceptable, especially when the replacement is due to repeated defects. Overall, the Quest 3 itself is great when it works, but the controller reliability, replacement process, and warranty handling have been extremely frustrating. Customers should not be penalized for defective products or forced into buying multiple warranties for the same device.

$50 seems a bit much considering you're likely not going to use the insurance because the product is of high quality. Geek Squad as a stand only is amazing. Very professional and qualified techs.

I absolutely love this upgrade the graphics are amazing! The game feels so much better to play and now we aren’t worried about running into stuff around the house this is definitely worth it!

I believe this is a great plan for the price, I had a rift s that I returned a couple months after purchase because of the cheap controllers oculus made and it was quick and easy, answered a couple questions, gave the headset to geek squad, and got it retuned and a new one was sent to me 2 weeks later. Overall a must have purchase especially for expensive items

This device has not only kept my system charged but also protected. Also, the fact that it matches the system makes it aesthetically pleasing and allows me to display the gaming system and stand for guest.

I'll right a review ahead of time, I know these protection plans are worth it since I also work in retail selling similar plans. If/when anything goes wrong with my headset I'll have this in my back pocket to get it replaced. Worth it on something you literally strap to your face and move around vigorously in. (This was specifically bought for a VR headset).
