this is magnificent item. my son loves loves loves playing with it.

My Grandchildren absolutely live this vr, I bought 3 so they can play together. They love rec room. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a standalone vr. I would like to have more choices for games and it would be great if there were more educational programs for grade school ages.

Most fun I have had in a long time. Easy to set up. Great app. So far no issues with it what so ever. Best Buy sales persons very helpful.

Awesome extended service on this pricey VR headset

Easy set up, just wish it came with more instead of having ti purchase every singke thing. Also didnt figure out how to pair the oculus to view on screen only figured out how to do the audio but overall my family uses it everyday

Haven’t had to use the Geek Squad warranty. But having passed on buying one for my Dyson vac, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of contacting Oculus /Facebook for replacement or repair. Hopefully I don’t have to use it but if the Oculus 2 breaks, I can bring it back to my local Bestbuy for a replacement!

I bought this for my kid and he has been excited to use it daily. Most of his friends play vr with him! I tested it out and it is a pretty good purchase!

Its the geek squad, they make house calls and play with other peoples dirty bits… so make sure you always use your protection. It’s a protection plan and on expensive purchases it’s definitely worth the price. They love to provide service to everyone that is willing.

There was a recall on the product, and I went into the store to replace them with new items, and it took me less than 30 minutes I was in and out no questions asked

this is awesome came in handy when our product stop working all of a sudden. Good thing we purchased the warranty, I was able to get my product replaced and we ended up repurchasing the warranty again.

Glad i brought the protection plan, my son accidentally broke his controller and best buy switched it out for a brand new vr
