My son is loving his new oculus VR set. We got it with warranty just in case, but it has held up for the last few months with my son using it almost everyday. I will continue to shop with Best Buy for years to come. Thank you

I finally had to use the warranty on something. It worked out for my son's Oculus since the battery started dying out immediately and wouldn't charge.

The Oculus Quest 2 is a very good product! We gave it a 4 only because we had to sign up with Facebook to use it which we find slightly annoying! But the price was right at $300 so we cant really complain much and it has been used everyday since we bought it! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to dive into a futuristic world of fun!

So far so good. Haven't had to use this service yet for the tv but if i ever do they have to be better then dealing with Samsung.

Insurance through Best Buy was about $20 more than walmart but better quality. At Best Buy you can take the unit into store to fix or replace vs Walmart you need to ship unit somewhere to determine if they will fix or replace then they ship it back. So even though alittle more expensive I ferl Best Buy's warranty is easier to deal with issues

The best investment ever. If you purchase from Best Buy, in my opinion, it’s mandatory to purchase Geek Squad services as well or you will regret it.

Jacob was awesome and got me in and out super fast! I was worried about using the warranty but he made it a super awesome and positive experience

This was a fun investment. It keeps us on our toes and active as a family. It's funny at first to see each other trying to figure it out. That's why we purchased the protection plan since we are new to this technology.

When my original Oculus lost everything, I took it to Best Buy and there were no questions asked, they just replaced it. I told the sales person that this experience may have sold me on protection of future purchases

Well I have not had to use it yet but from what i have read its the only way to go for a product such as Meta 3
