Always get the protection plan. It’s very useful and geek squad normally is able to fix it. It’s not a one time use so it goes based on a deductible of how much you paid for the device.

This vr is the best on the market as far as vr's go, I actually thought I was in the Matrix. I almost thought I turned into a cartoon character, will definitely play again.

Definitely get the 2 year protection plan. It is so worth it. If anything happens to the unit they will replace it within 2 years of purchase.

Warranty was great! The VR broke. They were unable to repair it so they gave a gift card to replace because at that time (Covid lockdown) VRs were hard to get.

Kids love it. I like the parent controls for children. Still having a little trouble setting up the no motion sickness feature I heard is possible. Must have the warranty for kid use.

Must have protection if you’re a VR set. Remotes broke from hitting a wall, setup an appointment and got the whole VR set replaced!

The warranty is an absolute must on this product not that it has broken but with kids sometimes they put these on and freak out because it is so real and drop them.
