I had stick drift, battery draining, and apps closing in middle of game. I took my headset in and they exchanged it, no questions asked. I was able to upgrade to the quest 3 at a fraction of the cost because of this plan. Don’t ever go without the geek squad protection plan on large purchases!

He loves the games on there. He even got his grandmother and grandfather on and they just loved it! They couldn’t stop laughing and they are very old so it was surreal for them to see and work this type of technology. A great product that truly can bring the whole family together. It’s also hilarious to watch the person playing the game.
