I absolutely love my Oculus. It allows for more interactive gaming and I love that. I wasn’t much of a gamer until I got my Oculus head set. My head set came with Beat Saber free and that along with Real VR fishing are my favorite to play.

Best Buy's Geek Squad has always been extremely helpful.

Love my new oculus quest 3, It’s a little pricey, and I’ve had no issues with it other than when I plug my long extension cord into it, so I don’t have to stop playing to recharge, it gives error messages. But once I unplug it, it runs just fine. But there is one gripe I have, not enough games, like RPG and one person shooter… Tomb Raider would be cool

My daughter likes it very much, she has mentioned that after an hour of use she starts getting headaches

Got this for my mom of all people for mother's day. She's not a gamer but definitely an experience type person. She LOVES it and my time spent with it when we unboxed it and got her set up and the when we get a chance to link up and see each other she'll bring it around. It's super awesome! Well worth the money and great for older folks who can navigate tech even the slightest. My 8 year old nephew can use it too!

I haven’t used this for my new purchase but I have used this in my past purchases and I say it’s always worth adding protection … Best Buy protection does its job I highly recommend it :)

I purchased the Oculus Go for my daughter when she was had just turned twelve. Even though she is very cautious with her belongings I still was not willing to take the chance that something might happen to he Oculus Go and we had no protection. So I purchased insurance through geek squad and had piece of mind. I've purchased insurance with them before on laptops and they have never disappointed or let me down so I knew we were in safe hands.

Haven’t needed this service yet, but gives piece of mind.

It was fun to play on but since I'm a bigger guy the spatial awareness being removed was off. Only hurt myself twice though.

I used a geek squad insurance for similar products such as my Xbox series X stopped working and I went in the my local Best Buy and same day I had a new series X out the door with a small fee to put insurance on the new xbox.

Great product.. Amazing headset.. love them.. if your deciding to get a pair don’t hesitate

I was very happy with the protection I had in my Quest 1 and wish Inhad it for the Quest 2. My hand controller went bad and they are $70, to replace otherwise. Also with new tech, it’s a good idea to Protect your investment if you use it a lot.

Geek squad got my back!! I can’t believe how safe I feel knowing my tech is protected! For two years!!
