Service is terrible.

One worker told me my quest was otw to my town. Then the next worker said that it had not been shipped out yet. Aliexpress will deliver your product, before Best Buy will. I have bought multiple electronics from them. Each time I received my package at least a week after the eta date. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

Didn't get my babies order in time for Christmas.

I ordered this on December 5th and now its Christmas eve and they are telling me that they will not have this ready in time for Christmas. There is nothing that can be done at this point. They had it in the store when i ordered it online for in store pick up and somehow my order got missed or delayed more than once... I'm very disappointed with the way this was handled.

Elite Quest 2 Strap Broke 3 separate times!

Each of them snapped within 2 weeks and I hardly move quickly or much at all. The plastic is brittle and cracks. I’ve spent 180 dollars on straps. I could have gotten better accessories and games
