Great game console, glad we purchased it for my children

Love my new oculus quest 3, It’s a little pricey, and I’ve had no issues with it other than when I plug my long extension cord into it, so I don’t have to stop playing to recharge, it gives error messages. But once I unplug it, it runs just fine. But there is one gripe I have, not enough games, like RPG and one person shooter… Tomb Raider would be cool

I used a geek squad insurance for similar products such as my Xbox series X stopped working and I went in the my local Best Buy and same day I had a new series X out the door with a small fee to put insurance on the new xbox.

I haven’t used this for my new purchase but I have used this in my past purchases and I say it’s always worth adding protection … Best Buy protection does its job I highly recommend it :)

I was very happy with the protection I had in my Quest 1 and wish Inhad it for the Quest 2. My hand controller went bad and they are $70, to replace otherwise. Also with new tech, it’s a good idea to Protect your investment if you use it a lot.

Absolutely needed, headset quality is very inconsistent and you never know when you may need to replace the headset. I love them but I also play it say by spending 1/4 the cost of the headset on a potential replacement that will likely be needed.

So glad I purchased this protection plan. One of the controllers to my son’s Oculus was glitching, took it to Best Buy and they gave me a brand new Oculus. So if you’re looking to buy one soon definitely get the protection plan!!!! I also buy another one on the new Oculus!

Great would buy again if the lenses were made of glass instead of plastic

Obviously this is essential for the Quest 2! While it is VERY durable, anything can happen. Reports have said the charging port is burning if leaving it charging on maximum charge too long. The lenses can always be scratched and you may not know why. Endless more reasons that could happen. Just buy the warranty because it's better to buy it then have not and be out of luck for any reason.

Have used Geek Squad in the past and they are great. Hoping to not have to use it this time, respectfully.
