Thing is pretty cool actually but not to much content so i got bored with it pretty quick

Why risk it if your already paying a lot for a product. For such delinquent products, you would definitely want some protection. Greek Squad pretty much covers all types of damages except lost or stolen.

Easy set up, just wish it came with more instead of having ti purchase every singke thing. Also didnt figure out how to pair the oculus to view on screen only figured out how to do the audio but overall my family uses it everyday

My Grandchildren absolutely live this vr, I bought 3 so they can play together. They love rec room. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a standalone vr. I would like to have more choices for games and it would be great if there were more educational programs for grade school ages.

Haven’t had to use the Geek Squad warranty. But having passed on buying one for my Dyson vac, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of contacting Oculus /Facebook for replacement or repair. Hopefully I don’t have to use it but if the Oculus 2 breaks, I can bring it back to my local Bestbuy for a replacement!

Glad i brought the protection plan, my son accidentally broke his controller and best buy switched it out for a brand new vr

There was a recall on the product, and I went into the store to replace them with new items, and it took me less than 30 minutes I was in and out no questions asked

Its the geek squad, they make house calls and play with other peoples dirty bits… so make sure you always use your protection. It’s a protection plan and on expensive purchases it’s definitely worth the price. They love to provide service to everyone that is willing.

I’m so glad I purchased this protection plan. This is the 4th vr headset I hve purchased and I wish I would’ve bought the plan with the other ones too. Buy it!

this is awesome came in handy when our product stop working all of a sudden. Good thing we purchased the warranty, I was able to get my product replaced and we ended up repurchasing the warranty again.
