I bought a Quest last year with the protection plan and 3 days after the manufacturer warranty expired my left controller stopped working. Greek Squad protection replaced it by returning the Quest and giving me a whole new Quest.

So glad I bought the protection plan. My son is rough on electronics and with this being expensive I need it to last. He loves his occulus and plays on it daily.

I always buy the extended warranty for items like this. Sometimes I don't have to use it, but other times I've been SO thankful to not have to shell out hundreds of dollars to replace something my kid drops on the floor.

I haven’t had to use the warranty yet but I feel this is so important for expensive game systems. Great coverage for the Meta Quest!

I stepped on my wire and broke the plug.They replaced it with no problem

This is a must have. I feel safe knowing that i have product protection on my Meta VR Quest 3S. Accidents do happen.

I would advise anyone who buys any thing they can get this insurance on their equipment should really do this. I have had to return twice and they are awesome , they help you with your problem . I will always get this coverage.

This is garbage something wrong with my game and the band broke on me after 3 months i have to wait a week to get it looked at and i have to drive 45 min to get someoneto check it out

Best to protect your goods, just because accidents happen.

I like how immersive it is, with lota of great games, 5 stars but battery life isnt the best
