I always buy my electronics, Games, Movies from Best Buy and I ALWAYS buy the WARRANTY ON ALL MY STUFF I just bought 4 game consoles and yes the warranty as well the head phones here might not cost alot but no matter I know it will be replaced in the day an age we live in it’s wonderful to be treated so well

It has been great so far. I like how I have the option to turn off the noise-canceling option. They are also comfy to use. The only thing I'm eh about is that I cant workout with them since they are not water resistance and Im going to probably sweat if I work out.

I suggest anyone who gets electronics or big appliances or anything that costs a lot of money to get a warranty on it because it really does help. I got a warranty on my headphones and I was glad I did so because in three months or less the left earbud didn't work on my jbl headphones. The warranty was able to provide me with a chance of getting new headphones of the same brand or of a new brand but you pay the difference.

There’s almost never a reason to not get the protection plan. Stuff happens all the time in life and it doesn’t hurt to be prepared.

These are a great product I have absolutely no complaints

I was able to return faulty wireless earbuds I purchased more than 1 year and 10 months ago. The employee offered me either store credit or a replacement of the same earbuds (I chose the store credit). Very smooth and simple process.

Sound is amazing and the noise cancellation is fabulous. They are waterproof and they stay in my ears when working out! Another excellent feature is they stay charged for a long time. This is my second pair of job as I’ve had in two years. and I still use the other ones as well. These was a nice upgrade.

It’s unfortunate that Best Buy Geek Squad can’t do actual repairs for headsets. I found this out when the leather cover chipped away. Geek squad can’t fix any headset problem, even if it’s purely aesthetic, BUT they honor the plan. I went in with my broken set and had a replacement pair in less than 15 minutes. I renewed my protection plan without a second hesitation.

Very easy to get defective items replaced. I don't normally do the warranty stuff but Best Buy did it right.

I love geek squad on my headphones stopped working. I took it to them customer service great and they took care of my headphones. Warranty is the best thing to have so go get geek squad. They'll take care of your merchandise

I love that you are able to control the sound/bass and personally customize what each ear piece does when there is music on or if you are on a call. The only thing that I didn’t like it was that it didn’t stay in my ear during my HIIT workout and it hurted my ear after hours of wearing it even with the different size pieces.

I recommend this whenever you get any earphones if it's offered because we all know nothing lasts. Anyway, I would go through earphones due to it not being long enough because it would get yanked and ruin quicky. With the protection plan, you can easily get another one as long as you get this plan. It's better than paying full price again.

Good to have, saved me several times. On headphones it's a must have honestly. If you don't have it your going to wish you did.
