Purchased these along with Dr. Beats Noise Canceling. Friend had the Apple AirPods. Tried all 3. The Bose QC earbuds knocked it out of the park!! I returned the Dr. Beats an hour later. The next morning I was on a plane and had 2 small children sitting behind me. Well let’s just say; THANK GOODNESS I HAD THESE!!!

Good protection. No hassle when being used and they will allow you to upgrade (just have to pay the difference) if replacment is needed

In the past i have always gotten this warranty and most of the time they say whats wrong with it. I tell them and they just say ok we will get a replacement and if its old will upgrade you if its not available anymore this is the best thing to purchase no matter what you get from best buy.

I always get the Geek Squad Protection, the ease of exchange in store if product gets damage makes it worth it

I will never buy a product without this warranty ever again. When i see a product that I'd like to get, I'll either find it at Best Buy or buy something similar even if it may be cheaper elsewhere. I've never had an issue when using protection plan.

I always buy the protection plan for any product that I use frequently. Sure some things might be cheap enough to replace but pretty much any chance I get I'll get the protection plan. You never know what might go wrong.

good quality headphones, very flexible and can bend to fit in almost anywhere even pockets

I haven't needed to use it yet but a good value for the purpose. Planning to take in for a repair in next day or two, so will update then if the rating need to change. But for now very happy with it!

My son has had a lair of these for over 2 years. They started to have a sound issue in one ear so ee used the warrsnty and got a new pair for free

The best deal at best buy for those in the know. Technology is a slippery slope, and in a year or two things will die for almost no reason. This not only helps with peace of mind. But also helps future you from dealing with bad tech.

Beta thing to buy from Best Buy is geek squad . Do it buy anything with out thsi it gives you security to change or repairs for at least 2 years

Seems worth getting for bigger purchases which I am glad I went ahead and did.

I have the geek squad protection plan on most of my products. Easy to use, Best Buy will damage replaced or let you choose a new product for your damage item. What sucks is that you have to pay for a new geek squad protection plan every time you need to replace your item. The second reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some products such as TVs have the geek squad protection but Best Buy will not honor the plan unless the TV was installed by a Best Buy employee!

Always buy this with headphones. Unfortunately, wear and tear always breaks down my Bluetooth headphones. It’s an easy process to take a pair that no longer works, return it and then purchase the latest and greates.
