I really do like the fact that Best Buy gives a good protection option.

I've had this coverage for a couple of products. When a pair of Bose audio frames died just a week before the coverage was set to expire, Best Buy easily and painlessly replaced the frames with a gift card for my purchase amount.

Battery life is long full charge. Noise cancellation is on point ! Phone calls are clear and any shuffling is not heard by the person on other side ! Great pair you better wear !

You must get this, they will repair or replace it if it will go bad. Trust me, you never know with electronics when they will go bad and Bestbuy are there to cover you.

Adds a piece of mind for my 9 year old son’s first set of earbuds! He has done really well keeping up with them but definitely worth it for kids.

Coverage would be beneficial if I could remember it is there. If the headphones fall off your head or fall out of you ears often, then absolutely get this.

Honestly Geek Squad is the only way to go. My wife doesn’t let me purchase electronics anywhere else because nothing compare to this protection.

Purchased qc 2 to replace original qc earbuds. Sound is excellent, great fit, and improvement in size is a plus. Only complaint is the connective issue will Bose app and earbuds

I used Bose 700 for over a year and now I am using this Sony, I must say app of Sony is much mature if I compare with Bose, Bose was really good with call quality, if you are in music and prime purpose of headphones is to listen music, I recommend go for Sony and you won't regret.

Didn’t realize they had to be recharged but they work good

I really enjoy this, because of the product being fragile i am reluctant in havung them while i do physical activities, but with the protection plan i am able to recieve new ones if anything happens

It's working out great so far, glad my items are protected, I ended up using it cause there was something wrong with the headphones due to manufacturer issues. It worth getting for sure

So glad I got this. Had to return a defective pair of song headphones and traded them in for a gaming headset. Still use it today
