My headphones stopped working and when i went all i had to do was say i want to do an exchange and it was done instantly and i was told if they didnt have it i could switch to any other headphones that were the same price u cant beat it

Expensive ear buds and they had a problem, no questions other than what was wrong then bought a second warranty for the new ear buds.

I am able to bring my device in (bluetooth issues, charing, cosmetic, just not working anymore) to Best Buy and walk out with the same device OR given a gift card to get a comparable or more expensive device. These are well worth it!
