This service is excellent, especially for earphones. I have noticed that, for some reason, all the earphones I purchased tend to break quickly.

Love this headphones my wife has the Airpods Max Pro and this is even better than those, Sony did a great job on this one, worth every penny!

They sound pretty good... The only issue I have is that fir some reason, the one in my left ear, comes off and i don't even notice it when it happens... Luckily it's happened sitting in my couch or in my bedroom... They work pretty good on phone calls...

I wouldn’t buy expensive personal electronics without this insurance. Never had an issue with a return due product failure.

Great value, peace of mind, in case something happens to them, they wont replace it if stolen or lossed, but if theyre broken your good if in time frame.

My samsung bud 2 right bud randomly stopped working one day and the warranty was able to cover it. I essentially ended up paying a fraction of the price for new ear buds.

I have purchased earbuds twice for myself and I have purchased earbuds for my cousin. My earbuds of preference are JVC. They are a good fit and good quality.

I purchased this warranty for a previous headphone. I was fortunate to have done so, because I broke my last headphones when I had to put it in my pockets. I ended up getting a replacement instead of having to spend over $150 for a new one.

Hopefully i will never need the warranty but better to have and not need than need and not have

Best buy has one of the best warrantys around i am able to returns items that do not work or i just dont like, with out running through hoops and having to do 10 plus steps for returns or exchanges.

No brainer buying a protection plan when purchasing an expensive piece of technology like these ear buds. I bought the plan just in case we ever have issues with the ear buds, because if anything ever happens to them what i paid is only a quarter the cost of a new pair.

I purchased this protection plan just in case through carelessness, inwould damage the. In reality i dont think its importsnt. The j lab is a great product

Bring your product in, they'll fix it if they can. Can't get out to them, give em a call, they'll walk you through a diagnosis and more than likely, fix your issue over the phone

There’s never not a reason to get the Best Buy warranty when it comes to small appliances and electronics. Things happen, wear and tear is real, and technology is always advancing. This keeps you up to date. No questions asked, it’s the best.

Sounds so good and I recommend and buy it again anytime

Last month I purchased it last month I I just connected a fire stick to my TV, but I haven’t got a chance to try the product but everything looked fine so hopefully I won’t have to use their insurance
