They fit better then others I’ve tried and don’t fall off

I haven't had to invoke this service for the item that I bought it for so far, but I have done it in the past and it has been a good experience. I normally skip the warranty, but on things like controllers that can get dropped, I like the extra protection.

If you own or use Apple products, that would be reason one to get these headphones. They connect and switch between devices seemlessly. Reason two, sound quality. Music and zoom calls sounds amazing.

Have used Geek Squad protection in the past and it is really good. Had 2 year protection on an IPad key board and it failed 1 year and 11 months later. It was replaced without any questions. Great for peace of mind.

Nice wireless headphones for the money. Sound is excellent. Connection is easy to do to Blu tooth devices.

My Sony earbuds, sound was pretty nice, but I dropped them one day. And came for a replacement, the geek squad protection allowed me to get headphones instead.

I bought them for my daughter. She put them on and loved them. She said they were so comfortable. She liked that she could change the bass on the music and that she could find them on the app on her phone if she lost them. Also she could pug in or use wireless.
