Great product to have . I have used it to return different ear buds over the last couple years. Never had an issue. They refund the full purchase price of you originally paid. I would normally use that to purchase a different or upgraded earbuds.

Anytime I need an item replaced or fix they get it done fast.

Warranty come in handy in case earbuds no longer work, you can exchange them for new ones or get store credit!

For the inexpensive headphones I bought this for it works great. Since these headphones only seem to last about 6-8 months the way I use them, buying this for 8 bucks and change is a money saver when I need them replaced vs. 20 bucks to buy another pair.

I purchased the accidental protection plan for my Buds Pro because I wanted to make sure that if by any chance they stop working with the heat or sweat of working out, they'll be protected. Although they are water-resistant, they are not waterproof.
