Purchased for a 10 year old, she loves them. They are easy to use and connect. Perfect sound quality. Wish they had different colors. She wanted pink or purple. The price was just right, well worth the money.

Straight to the point… Sound AWESOME! Functionality good….connecting IT IS POOR because it takes a few attempts to finally get connected…. And charging its POOR tried different charging systems too didn’t change NO CHARGE well on to try a different brand. Hope this review helps someone…Anyone

Got the protection plan so I know I am not just throwing away my money I know if anything happens I can always return it and they’ll get a fix or I can get a new one

One of my earbuds got wet and unfortunately the sound was not as clear and crisp as it was originally. Took this to Best Buy, they tested and were able to replace my product.

The warranty is perfect in every way. I wouldn't buy these without the warranty. To risky to purchase the Bose earbuds

The protection plan best buy offers is a must! They will take the product back for any kind of malfunction or if you happen to accidentally break it. I have never had a problem getting a replacement.

these work great, but after a year, the sound goes funky. I'm not able to hear much. Lost their luster.
