The loop helps to keep them on your ear and have great sound quality. The case charges the buds over and over before you have to recharge the case.

would recommend getting geek squad protection if you purchase wireless earbuds-all I have had to do when my earbuds stopped charging was to bring in old earbuds and they exchanged them for new pair
