Warranty services as advertised haven't had to use though so not sure on dependability

Very nice and comfortable headset. When we opened the box they looked very small and like they weren’t going to fit. But they fit great.

Holds charge for long time. Crisp sound. Volume level raises to suit even hard of hearing.

I love the product replacement as I said before in my other reviews the only thing I don't like is you have to pay again to put it back on and I'd like to be notified at the end of the product that it's expiring you can get it again other than that it's a great product and I love it

Always a pleasure getting this. My Tv stop working. I got the protection plan. Literal took them the tv. And employees said, here you go let’s go get you another tv or get something newer. That easy.

Had to use the Geek Squad Protection coverage before (for a different purchase). The Best Buy associate made it easy and helped me pick a replacement.

I never had a issue with my plan they always replace or give credit for the item you buy

Y’all be dumb not to get the protection plans. Allows you to have then replaced if damaged. I often forget my headphones in my pants and wash them. With the protection plan, i can switch them out

Great for the gym. Slides off while on the bench but that’s a petty gripe I have with them
