Buds 3 bad design and why copy apple

both headsets completely disappointing headphones

The headphones continually disconnected got rid of them. Junk earbuds were not impressive at all many times one would just work even fully charged.

Protection Plan? Scam Plan

Went in last night to buy headphones and got the protection plan as well ( for safety reasons). Had an issue with them almost immediately after purchase and had to wait till today to get them replaced/fixed. Got told that I “used” the protection plan and that I’d need to repurchase the headphones AND the protection plan AGAIN. Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy.

After 4 months, it started to crack & eventually broke on one side. The sound was ok though. So glad to have added the protection plan. I bought an upgraded model.

2YR PROTECTION PLAN IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

I bought the 2year protection plan as well. Its black friday and the same earbuds are $50 less than what i originally paid for them. Best Buy manager refused to give ne an in store credit for the difference and i had to purchase a bew $26. (2yr) protection plan.. what a scam. I will never buy anything from this horrible place again.. ONE ANGRY CUSTOMER!!! BEST BUY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i paid $26.99 for 2 years protection plan means if the goin bad for 2 years no matter how many times they are bad the protection plan covers but today bi have to swap my item for a new one and the best buy manager wants me to paid $26.99 again for a new protection plan i think this is a problem that best buy need to fix it because when i buy the stuff they no explain like that and they only said we always send you email with the terms and conditions i will need same one to fix this matter and help to get my warranty apply to my new head phones or i will stop buy from you guys and tell all my fam and friends to not goin to your place no more

Worst warranty I have purchased from Best Buy.

I had to go to apple and deal with them and it cost me more money because the extended warranty was not honored.

paying premium $ for an extended return period

Cheaper for the store than repairing them and having people's coverage continue on their item so they can get it repaired again if it breaks again, but it sucks to pay nearly a third of the cost of an item for what is essentially a customer service extended return policy sold under the guise of geek squad services.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ok so the old geek squad extended warranties were so much better, you went to the store they found the receipt of the warranty and you got a store credit to purchase the same item or better. well, now they send it out to be checked out, no one tells you what's going on with the item you called and the call center is somewhere in another country this poor person have no clue so they tell you to go see the manager at the store, Because they have no managers there, etc a joke after spending 55 minutes in hold been transfer twice to no answer. calling another time to be told to call later, ridiculous
