good plan. it is important to have coverage for issues

The ear buds struggle to remain working. One might work and the other one goes in and out. Buy the replacement plan if you purchase these.

they send me the used/open box product for me. Just imagine somebody else put thus inside of the ears and return it. They ship the same product to you. It is disgusting, isn’t it? I was asking for exchange, they wouldn’t do it. I will return this.

It's a good idea to have protection on you, always.

I really don't like giving negative reviews, but this "accident protection plan" does not cover accidents. When you start excluding "accidents" as "accidents" then it doesn't cover "accidents" I'm not upset at any person I dealt with, I'm disappointed that in 2021 a company would sell an accidental protection plan and then deny you service when a 9 month old puppy accidentally gets ahold of a pair of headphones and chews them.. She's a puppy.. Accidents happen.. I THOUGHT this is why I bought the "accidental Protection plan" but this is $70.00 wasted because I am unable to get my headphones repaired or replaced now. Life happens, and this is why protection plans exists. I would like to believe that when life happens, the protection plan would cover it as long as its not a malicious act.

Decent overall quality but one major frustration is that whatever I am listening to on any platform or device, the ear buds constantly pause themselves...Talking about 10-20 times in a 2 minute period when it happens.

I love the quality sound it has but one of my earbuds goes in and out like it has bad wiring. I Lost the one that did work so now I’m stuck with an earbud that went bad after a few weeks from purchased date.

I have a hard time keeping these on my head. When they work they are great but they do fall off often

Love my Bose headphones when I had problems with them just took them to Best Buy and they replaced them for a fee. It not free like the accident plan suggests.

Liked the original run version better. The piece that sits on the bone is big and squishes harder.

It works as advertised. Fit isnt great and the sound is good but not as good as my beats by dre.

I can't really say. We shall see if the head phones take a dump but i figured what the heck.

Only purchase if your looking for short term usage I got exactly 2 years out of these before wear and tear came into play

Poor quality, the sound is not that great, not a good connectivity with mobile.

Over the past several years, I have had repeated failures with this product, which I've been fortunate enough to have replaced via 2-year Geek Squad. Of the failures, most have involved the charging case, which simply goes from working fine to defectively inoperable.

Sometimes it depends on the associate. I’ve had good and bad experiences with warantees with Best Buy! I probably should’ve saved my money. Also 30$ for a 2 yr warantee is a lot on a 100$ pair of headphones but my kid is careless
