not compatible with TV/ fragile.

They seemed too fragile - will probably brake easily. The best buy sales person told me that they are not compatible, when I returned them. Wish I would have known before buying them. Waste of time...

However my daughter is a special needs person and someone took her headset. I called best buy to ask if i purchase a new one would they transfer the 2 year warranty and they told me NO. we will not.

Loses sound/ volume

Horrible for theft and loss

DO NOT BUY IT if you think it’ll cover loss. In the very fine print it says it will not be covered. Read the fine print.
