    so i'm on my 3rd set of headphones in less than 6 months when they go bad i have to pay 100 dollars to replace them

    Were unable to connect to new TV. They seemed too fragile - will probably brake easily. The best buy sales person told me that they are not compatible, when I returned them. Wish I would have known before buying them. Waste of time...

    The headphones are great. However my daughter is a special needs person and someone took her headset. I called best buy to ask if i purchase a new one would they transfer the 2 year warranty and they told me NO. we will not.

    I've purchased these multiple times each time one side goes out and there is no sound coming from the ear piece.

    I never get my replacement, i but a protection for my headphones and i never gat my replacement when they were not good

    Please do not waste your time purchasing this coverage, they make you go through hoops for nothing. Best bet if to use AT&T insurance.

    Does not cover lost headphones as stated on their pages. DO NOT BUY IT if you think it’ll cover loss. In the very fine print it says it will not be covered. Read the fine print.

    0 stars. This is not a 'replacement' warranty. I was told that this was in the fine print. Only when I had a problem, not with purchase. Read fine print or better yet avoid best buy

    Sucks. They will rise your device for repair and leave you with nothing in the meantime. For weeks.

    If i buy a product that fails in two months, why do I not get the protection plan transferred to the replacement? Much better off dealing with manufacturers warranty.

    This is a 1 time use "warranty" even if is still under the manufacturers warranty. Very deceptive and not worth the money.
