    Average I was hoping for some great bass for the price was disappointing that they don’t compare to the jabra elite 75 T’s is the bass category would take these back if the jabras were in stock

    I returned the prior model of the WH1000XM5 because of a minor defect and I REGRET IT. I had these for just long enough to be beyond the return period and they - randomly shut off (with and without a warning) -has issues connecting -takes longer to connect than last model -sometimes does not turn on -sometimes the touch functions do not work (no feedback)

    The ear buds struggle to remain working. One might work and the other one goes in and out. Buy the replacement plan if you purchase these.
