Good head phones comfortable as well love the look

I dont remember how these were. But they are wireless

Love my Bose headphones when I had problems with them just took them to Best Buy and they replaced them for a fee. It not free like the accident plan suggests.

Liked the original run version better. The piece that sits on the bone is big and squishes harder.

It works as advertised. Fit isnt great and the sound is good but not as good as my beats by dre.

Only purchase if your looking for short term usage I got exactly 2 years out of these before wear and tear came into play

It's worth buying the 2 year protection if you're going to keep the product that long

Insurance is no longer what customers expect. The requirements to claim are to stupid to follow

This 2 year warranty extension extends the warranty just long enough for the item you bought to no longer be available and no longer for sale in any of the stores across the country. So you either get a more expensive model and you have to cover the difference or a cheaper model that is cheaper and you get what you pay for instead of a good deal like I had with the original item. I would recommenced getting the warranty ONLY if the item you bought is guaranteed to be still on the shelf if you come back for replacement. Otherwise don't bother

This is nice to have. Hope to never have to use it. I don’t like getting warranties from Best Buy. The geek squid always has a way of talking around avwarrenty

Past service hit and miss, but at least the ball is in another court for a little while.

The sound was great but construction is weak. One of the hinges on the head phone broke.

Bought these for my child for long trips. They worked pretty well but poor battery life.

Sometimes it depends on the associate. I’ve had good and bad experiences with warantees with Best Buy! I probably should’ve saved my money. Also 30$ for a 2 yr warantee is a lot on a 100$ pair of headphones but my kid is careless

It’s was ok I didn’t like how they fit kept sliding off my face

These were only an ok purchase. Sound was fine but they are nothing special.

Great sounding headphones but they always flip to the side when you’re working out.
