Policy works. Take the items directly to best buy and you can swap it out for a new one.

We liked them so much that we bought 2 pairs of them. We have founs over the years that there's no reason to go all out on headphones for your children until they get resonable enough to stop losing or break breaking stuff.

the protection plans from Geek Squad are great. I have been able to replace many broken earbuds and it's great. you can also replace earbuds with different earbuds and pay the difference.

I have 4 kids who sometimes are a little careless with their headphones for school, so having the free replacement on those come in handy big time!! It’s a quick easy swap for new ones; no questions asked lol

These are just as good as headphones that cost $200+ for a fraction of the cost!

I always get these little after market warranties because BestBuy is just great about swapping out broken products and if they can’t for whatever reason they’ll credit for the original amount.

Bose open ear technology is mind blowing. Being able to hear everything going on around me, and being able to be jamming is amazing. I would highly reccomend to anyone!

Always get a protection plan when purchasing expensive technology that you cannot repair yourself and the money saved if problems arise is five times what the protection plan costs, although i don't anticipate having any trouble with these ear buds.

I will recommend to any body to buy at Best Buy and put warranty on the item you buy,let me tell you best buy is my favorite store we have bait all the items we have at home and when we buy an audio system we put warranty the warranty they offer is unmatchable

I think with some of the electronics, the two year warranty is absolutely essential. You never know what can happen to them. Working out, dropping them, sweating on your headphones/earbuds etc… Having a little extra piece of mind is an absolutely great thing to have. Will continue to purchase the extended warranty for more products.

Having this service is really worth its weight in gold. Had an issue with my Bose ear buds no questions asked they replaced them with the new version. Didn’t have to send them off for repair.

Never know when you need it and when you do, Geek Squad is the best. No issues.
