does what it does and best buy replaced a defunct product when it went bad like the description describe. I usually don't purchase things without it now. the more expensive items will require the item to be shipped in and/or worked on by geek squad instead of a replacement on the spot

Geek Squad Protection is a great buy knowing you're protected if something should happen to the product that you purchased.

The headphones fit nice and wont fall out. Ive used them to workout and at work on a construction site. Noise cancellation works great especially indoors.

I typically buy insurance on headphones because they never seem to go a couple of years without some sort of issue. Best buys geek squad protection is great. Super easy to get the product replaced or fixed.

It gives me peace of mind. I had used it for a different product and itneas changed right away. I had option to upgrade and pay the difference.

Totally worth it!! If you have tech and want to protect it with Best Buy i say go for it. It's been super usualful when ever mine or my wife's headphones want to start not acting right.

The headphones are absolutely great, the noise cancellation is awesome and when you go into awareness mode you can even hear a needle dropped around you clearly. Totally worth it.

I always get the protection plan even if I don’t need it because there are days you will need it and don’t have it. For me a necessary for some not so much.
