Have bought multiple ear buds with geek squad protection and never had any trouble getting replacements when things broke

What of the best earphones I’ve ever owned. I always struggle with earphones staying in my ear but then never fall off. And the sound is perfect. Only problem I have with them is that sometimes I do have random problems connecting them randomly they will just not connect for a good 10 minutes but other than that they’re great.

Very easy to get defective items replaced. I don't normally do the warranty stuff but Best Buy did it right.

So it is a Smart investment to buy A protection plan because Best Buy makes it so easy when something breaks you don’t have to call up get a box go to the post office you just go into Best Buy and their friendly customer service helps you.

I love Best Buy's good protection plan. They have always taken good care of me and offer several options for repair or replacement of the product and that is phenomenal.

These headphones are excellent it sounds like you are in a room with the music playing all around you, noise canceling is pretty good but is better with music playing, love the touch controls at the side of the headphones but they did have some software issues in the initial few months that have been resolved thank goodness. Overall a I’m in love l good job Sony. :)

Best warranty for any of your electronic product. It allows you to buy anything carefully and change or repair in case it doesn’t work Bestbuy gives you great service.

Phenomenal plans, and I purchase them for literally every item I get from Best Buy. I am always leery of protection plans, but speaking from experience do yourself the favor.

I really appreciate that Best Buy offers the Protection on all their items. There is always a chance that something can happen and we don't have to worry since we are covered with the Accidental protection.

honestly the best headphones i’ve ever owned. the sound quality is great and you can asjust your listening experience through the associated app or on the headphones themselves and the noise cancellation is amazing too!
