I bought this pair of headphones for my nine year old granddaughter. Both she and I are ver pleased with it. I can watch television without hearing her tablet.

My product I purchased this protection plan on was the best thing to happen. The headphones broke days before the geek squad warranty ran out. That product is no longer available so they gave me any other headphones I wanted.

love having insurance. i know every time when i buy an item. i have something i know that would protect my item and have it covered. insurance is the best to get.

I will recommend to any body to buy at Best Buy and put warranty on the item you buy,let me tell you best buy is my favorite store we have bait all the items we have at home and when we buy an audio system we put warranty the warranty they offer is unmatchable

The headphones work great and have lasted a few years without any issues and drop in quality. Amazing sound and noise cancellation feature. Cheaper than apple’s beats with the same sound quality.

We liked them so much that we bought 2 pairs of them. We have founs over the years that there's no reason to go all out on headphones for your children until they get resonable enough to stop losing or break breaking stuff.

I use them for sleep, during the day the audio pass mode is great, and they fit super good in my ears

Purchased these along with Dr. Beats Noise Canceling. Friend had the Apple AirPods. Tried all 3. The Bose QC earbuds knocked it out of the park!! I returned the Dr. Beats an hour later. The next morning I was on a plane and had 2 small children sitting behind me. Well let’s just say; THANK GOODNESS I HAD THESE!!!

[Employee of bestbuy] Great sound, great fit. Touch Controls can bumped easily but that'll get fixed after getting used to them. Connectivity to a pixel devices is awesome. Only downside is they have almost a robotic sound every now and then when connected to a laptop on a virtual call. Sounds like it's a pretty common issue

Geek squad is the best insurance out there. I do not purchase electronics anywhere else but bestbuy only because of the insurance.

I have 4 kids who sometimes are a little careless with their headphones for school, so having the free replacement on those come in handy big time!! It’s a quick easy swap for new ones; no questions asked lol

I cant control the future, not yet perfect and other people are also error prone. I have not used the protection plan yet but have for larger appliances and best buy stands behind there protection plans so this was a no brainer so just do it, sleep well tonight totally protected.

Purchased Skullcandy earbuds for my 13-year-old son within six months one of the earbuds was not working. Took earbuds to Best Buy explained situation to customer service rep, Within minutes they had replaced my sons earbuds with a new pair. A Warranty that finally works.
