The earbuds were faulty and I was able to exchange them for a new set.

I haven't needed to use it yet but a good value for the purpose. Planning to take in for a repair in next day or two, so will update then if the rating need to change. But for now very happy with it!

Always buy this with headphones. Unfortunately, wear and tear always breaks down my Bluetooth headphones. It’s an easy process to take a pair that no longer works, return it and then purchase the latest and greates.

Policy works. Take the items directly to best buy and you can swap it out for a new one.

They honor their warranty and even have honored on something that went out a few weeks past its expired warranty date! Geek Squad 2-year protection plan seems good on the surface, however, I have not had a chance to use the warranty yet. With that being said, I always protect my items with warranties that make sense. Eventually, something will go wrong. Get the warranty.

Absolutely worth every penny. If you have any doubts about this being a waste of money, just ask a representative explain the benefits to you. You will not regret. I had to use it once on previous earbuds. It pays for itself and then some.

Would always recommend getting the 2 year warranty, you never know when your device is defective and this protection gives you an ease of mind knowing you can go back to the BestBuy store and exchange or replace your device

I love my ear phones. I’m normally an over the ear head phone type but these are comfortable and do not hurt my sensitive inner ear. They stay in during all my training and sound great. Sound quality is clear and the bass is nice. I can have them in my ear with my hair down when charting and patients never know.
