They sound pretty good... The only issue I have is that fir some reason, the one in my left ear, comes off and i don't even notice it when it happens... Luckily it's happened sitting in my couch or in my bedroom... They work pretty good on phone calls...

Bring your product in, they'll fix it if they can. Can't get out to them, give em a call, they'll walk you through a diagnosis and more than likely, fix your issue over the phone

These headphones are top notch the sound quality is so crisp and the noise cancelation makes you forgot there is anyone around ,especially in busy areas !!

So glad I got this. Had to return a defective pair of song headphones and traded them in for a gaming headset. Still use it today

Unlike all other warranties the ones from best buy actually stick to their words. I've had to return items in the past and they never make it an issue to replace or exchange item.

This service is excellent, especially for earphones. I have noticed that, for some reason, all the earphones I purchased tend to break quickly.

Great value, peace of mind, in case something happens to them, they wont replace it if stolen or lossed, but if theyre broken your good if in time frame.

Bought the warranty and it help replace a faulty product. 10/10

I have purchased earbuds twice for myself and I have purchased earbuds for my cousin. My earbuds of preference are JVC. They are a good fit and good quality.

These are amazing and do everything i need them to do. I lift with them everyday and it helps me be in my own world while having these one. I would definitely buy again!

Love this headphones my wife has the Airpods Max Pro and this is even better than those, Sony did a great job on this one, worth every penny!

Fortunately, I have never had to use the protection against any products I have purchased from Best Buy. With that said, it is nice to know that I do have protection if I needed.

My husband loves these! He is able to wear them inside of his motorcycle helmet. Also Great noise canceling feature as well!

I always purchase the two year warranty from Betsy Buy, it’s a no hassle warranty return. Definitely not like others.

It is a "must have items" not all earbuds last six month through two years. With the Geek Squad ADH it is just extending to "return" it after a year new earbuds get to released you can just returns it gets reimburse. use the credit to get the same one or get a different one.
