I make sure to add this to every item I purchase from Best Buy, and without a Doubt I,d tell anyone, please make sure to get this for every electronic you'll be visiting the store for.

I am hard of hearing and have trouble using my phone without them. The ability to walk in, swap them out with a replacement and walk out nationwide is awesome.

Hopefully it won't be a hassle to get them replaced.

I normally skip the warranty, but on things like controllers that can get dropped, I like the extra protection.
