They ger swapped out right in store for you if they have it in stock. Highly reccomend for heavy headphone users!

I always get the accidental geek squad protection for my products for Best Buy as they actually stand behind their protection plans when product is defective. Never have a problem..love Best Buy

I have been trying out these headphones, and they just aren't comfortable. With this, I will be able to trade them out and get a new pair with just paying the difference.

No questions asked

I have not paid full price for headphones in 10 yrs or more. If you get any electronic item from Best Buy I highly suggest the geek squad they know their stuff and it saves you a lot of money in the long term.

I have used it to return different ear buds over the last couple years. Never had an issue. They refund the full purchase price of you originally paid. I would normally use that to purchase a different or upgraded earbuds.

Went to Best Buy they replaced it with ease & also since the price went down, they gave me a Best Buy gift card for the difference. Awesome service.
