JBL 235 ear buds are great i had an issue with one not holding a charge took it because i had a warranty and it was easy to get help.

I got the protection plan for the Bose headphones since I use them so often! I feel secure knowing that if my expensive headphones damage, I can exchange them for another pair.

The Overall usage is on par im an earbud snob so id like to use one earbud at a time,and you cant with these earbuds, but overall great quality earbuds

Great quality and it really is noise canceling. They are light weight and the carrying case makes it perfect.

Didn't have any issues, but the peace of mind that this provides has been worth the expense. I have seen other patrons dealing with their issues and the way that the Geek Squad has handled their complaints leads me to feeling quite assured.
