They stay in my ear but sometimes ate hard to connect to phone. I may exchange them for another pair becauze these are great as far as sound and talking on the phone.

I bought my headphones from a competitor with a three year plan that was cheaper than the two year plan at Best Buy. When I tried to order a second pair from the competition, they were sold out. Luckily Best Buy had them, but I paid more total and got a shorter protection plan.
