This is worth it for they will replace with accidental damage for my earbuds for 26 dollars for two year coverage

It’s a good product and it does have an amazing sound and great on privacy. But, the only thing is that I have a year with them and they don’t charge ok anymore.

I like that if something happens to my phone it will automatically be protected

I’m glad I got the protection plan. It gives me a safe and secure feeling knowing I have a protection plan.

Bought this for my husband's earbuds because he is kind of rough on things. So far we haven't had to use it but, with my experience with amazon, im sure its a better option than to have to pay for a replacement later.

Ive been on the hunt for some headphones that wouldnt hurt to put in like most standard in ear one do. I came across the Shokz Open run Pro 2 headphones and j absolutely love them. I can stil stay aware of my surrounding all the while enjoying my music, podcasts etc.

Got them to give my youngest daughter. She loves them.

I liked it because it works especially that I use it at work, I don't loose it

Always good to get the protection plan cause you just never know. I know it’s an additional cost, but there’s always that one time something will happen down the road.. Best Buy is not pushy about adding it to your bill. They just explain it and you make your own decision.

I bought the coverage for a pair of earbuds that I was buying as a gift. I purposely made sure I bought the earphones through Best Buy so that I could also buy the warranty protection through Best Buy, as I have used it in the past for other items we have never had any issues with the service. Always a very pleasant experience in cases where we've needed to use the coverage.

In my opinion BestBuy has the best protection plans out there. Just basing this on my personal experience and there could be something better. I haven’t seen it yet.

Hopefully, I won't have to use this. It's an added peace of mind to know items are covered.

Great product and the geek Squad was more than helpful and they did the best job, very clean and Professional. They helped me when my headset was broken. Changed it with a new one no questions asked.
