    I'm so sad that the cable is a specialized charging cable that is so short. Why can't it be a common USB? Also, what is with a 2' charging cable? Now I have no options but to keep this nice headset on the floor next to the outlet. Maybe it can live by the toaster on the kitchen counter. -5 stars The sound, novelty and usability bring it to 2 stars.

    Constantly Pause and are sensitive

    The earbuds are very sensitive to anything. I have barely touched them and they have paused my music. I have had my hair touch them and it stops the music. They cut in and out all of the time. Not what I have been used to in the past. Would not suggest them.

    Dont ever order and wxpect Bestbuy to Shio the items to you. Definitely not in the time they stated. I order this and selected to have it shipped since it said it would arrive next day. Fro 2 days my Order has been stuck on "Packaging" and still hasnt left for delivery. I could have easily driven the 5 miles and picked it up but since they promised next day delivery i chose that option. Now 2 days later i dint have the order and I am afraid with their incompetence that Canceling the order and trying to pick it up would guarantee something gets messed up. I dont want to be charged twice or something. If they cant handle driving a package 5 miles in 2 days i dont trust them to refund me and get my order in store together.

    Volume control does not work with Android 14

    Do not work with Android 14 Samsung devices. There is no way to change the volume, once you connect the earbuds. - sliding touch on earbuds do not work - BoseMusic app control for volume does not work - Phone hardware buttons cannot change volume - Android touch-screen software control for volume change does not work. It seems to be a known issue because I am facing the same issue with two of QC Ultra I have and the technical support team could not resolve it and suggested to send the earbuds back.. AVOID if you have an Android phone.

    These worked great for 2 years and then the left ear piece stopped working. JLAB has a 2 year warranty so I wouldn't buy best buys. However, I wouldn't buy a JLAB product again since these didn't last.

    Ear plugs

    I ordered a set of bose ear plugs. And they were supposed to be delivered on wensday august 7 2024 and they were delayed. I would change the delivery company from fedex to some other carrier. I have always had major issues with fedex.

    These earbuds kind of suck. All they do is fallout of my ear no matter what size I use, no wireless charging either. Would not recommend even on sale.

    Best Buy didn’t require a signature for my item left it and a random place not my home and refused to give me my money back or a replacement item theifs . If I could rate a 0 I would .almost 500 down the drain don’t order expensive things from them .

    Sony makes great headphones but... they just had to add google and Alexa. because of that you cannot turn the headphones off! why you may ask? because they are constantly listening you too! that is the most annoying part of this whole line up of headphones. its becoming harder and harder to find headphones without that. It sad and am a shame for Sony. I miss the good old sony 950. even with their plastic design. Those headphones are 6 stars!!!! even with its flaws.

    Great sound; terrible value

    The sound quality is (was) great, but after only 17 months of moderate use (1-2 hrs/week), the left battery dies after less than 1 hour of use, while right is still at 70% They are now out of warranty, and it remains to be seen whether they can be repaired (or if it's worth it). They were great while they lasted, but they didn't last long.

    Bought these for almost $400 and 2 months later the matte coating started peeling off. Best Buy won’t take a return and Sony will not honor warranty for cosmetic defects. This was my WORST expensive purchase. I’m so sad and disappointed… I wish I never bought them.

    If you wear glasses than these are not for you. They hurt your ear even with the blue earbud. There tight and would not recommend. Wish I didn’t spent so much on them.

    Left ear only worked once. Additionally, there are about 4 apps to choose from that work with these. They don't tell you which one to use.
