    Periodically i have purchased the geek squad protection and it has paid off...with headsets u never know if ur gonna get a lemon and i have bought some ear pieces that quit workin within a week of buyin them and i take them back and they exchange ...even months later

    It noise cancellation is not great for those whom want to workout. However, walking or low intensity it’s great. These headphones are design for business or office workers.

    I returned the prior model of the WH1000XM5 because of a minor defect and I REGRET IT. I had these for just long enough to be beyond the return period and they - randomly shut off (with and without a warning) -has issues connecting -takes longer to connect than last model -sometimes does not turn on -sometimes the touch functions do not work (no feedback)
