When a pair of Bose audio frames died just a week before the coverage was set to expire, Best Buy easily and painlessly replaced the frames with a gift card for my purchase amount.

My headphones stopped working and when i went all i had to do was say i want to do an exchange and it was done instantly and i was told if they didnt have it i could switch to any other headphones that were the same price u cant beat it

Phone calls are clear and any shuffling is not heard by the person on other side ! Great pair you better wear !

Trust me, you never know with electronics when they will go bad and Bestbuy are there to cover you.
