My family has bought them as well, so far they still function. The setup can be confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy to use.

I usually don't purchase things without it now. the more expensive items will require the item to be shipped in and/or worked on by geek squad instead of a replacement on the spot

I am hard of hearing and have trouble using my phone without them. The ability to walk in, swap them out with a replacement and walk out nationwide is awesome.
