Out of all my earbuds that cost 5 dollars this feels more like a steal for the 10 hour of play time i get though my shifts because of this.

It covers everything which is great if the item is for young adults who tend to lose or damage things

Every time I buy earbuds or headphones from Best Buy I get the warranty, it’s the best decision ever.

I like this ear bud but it only last me 1week because it fell inside snow and I couldn't find it.. I had insurance with it and I went back to the store to claim, I was told the insurance did not cover lost, it only cover damage and I am left with left side so I just drop it at home and I was mad that it was only used for few days out of 7 days. I will only give 4points.

Sounds quality is amazing and noise canceling works beautifully

But these, for my 24 year-old daughter’s birthday, and she absolutely loves them. She can’t function without them. Great noise, cancellation.

I can't recommend the Best Buy protection plans enough they are great and replace so many products.

Getting the protection is a very good ideas for these headphones. Just go in and tell them the problem and they will give you a new pair.

They gave me a new set of headphones for my broken ones and only took five minutes to repay for coverage.

Sounds perfect. Battery lasts long. Does not hurt my ears. I feel them comfortable.

They have great sound, comfortable fit and easy to place in the ear. The sound quality is clear even with high base songs. The case is small size and charges with quickness and ease.

Straight to the point… Sound AWESOME! Functionality good….connecting IT IS POOR because it takes a few attempts to finally get connected…. And charging its POOR tried different charging systems too didn’t change NO CHARGE well on to try a different brand. Hope this review helps someone…Anyone

This is the reason I do more and more shopping at best buy. They stand behind their guarantee and I love it. My favourite thing about this store that no one else does.
