I never ever buy a tech product from any other outlet due to great Geek Squad protection. Best Buy honors their advertised protections.

I love it, especially during school I can’t hear anybody or on the bus when all kids are going loud. I just wished I could workout with these. They’re amazing a 10/10 experience with music and podcasts. I’ve been wanting these for at least 2 years now and it’s really worth the purchase for the noise cancellation and audio quality.

I really love these headphones I’m honestly using them every single day. Personally I have small ears so generally earphones make my ears hurt because of how big they are or they’ll just pop right off. I also use the bus and for those who take the bus should know how noisy it can get. Also really good for Asmr videos. And love that I can control them through an app too.

Great headphones. Excellent sound quality. I have been very pleased with this purchase.

I gifted these to my husband. He uses them eceryday and absolutely loves the quality of the sound.

This Sony headphones are great , good sound good base , great touch controls and almos everything is great , only downside are the pads they are a little too soft and thin , also not a fan the leather texter and glossy finish that get dirty easily but that's really easy and cheap to change with an off market earpads , I got a memory foam more thicker and fabric finish and now the headphones are PERFECT

This was a last minute addition to my purchase but having less than stellar luck with electronics I figured better not take the chance.

Let me tell you if you buy an expensive item and dont buy the protection plan you are walking on thin ice. Ive had the protection plan on a lot of items ive purchased and it really does help. I rather lose 1/8th of the price of what im paying on a item then losing the whole thing. The plan is easy and sometimes go super smooth when you need to us it. I definitely recommend this.

I opted for the protection plan when I bought my Sony WF-1000XM4 last year. Recently, the battery began to fail, lasting no more than 30 minutes on a full charge. I took them to the store, and they promptly replaced them with the new WF-1000XM5. The entire experience was swift, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The all experience was really fast and personnel really helpful and friendly.

If you have kids this is a must have. If you have a wife that will literally wash a laptop if its so mich as touches the clothes basket. This is a must have. God forbid you forget an ipad pro in your pocket men. Dont forget that 300 dollar gadget. You need protection.

JLabs totally blew it on this one. First, the case is terrible. What can one do with a 2 inch wire? Next, the app is WORTHLESS when only one earbud is connected. I am handicapped and frequently "misplace" my buds for a few hours or even for a day. The "locate" feature is utterly worthless if you lose just one bud, which defeats the entire purpose of LOCATE. In fact, the app won't even load with one bud out of the ear, and thus powered off. Why? The auto ear sense feature turns off each bud when not in the ear, making finding them impossible. Not sure what JLabs was thinking here, but they fell asleep on these. Sound wise, they are far worse than average. Zero low end punch, and they aren't close to loud enough. Stop "over protecting" me! I am smart enough to adjust the volume, thanks. These are not even remotely worth $99- not even worth $39.

I bought the 2-Yr protection plan for my Jabra Elite 85T. I had it on my Sony WF-1000XM4 and I used it when I started getting battery issues. The coverage gave me an option for another pair or the value of them on gift card. If you're goona spend over $200 on a pair wireless earphones you should absolutely pay for the coverage because the few extra bucks for plan is far cheaper than having to replace the set. I would absolutely recommend this purchase.

These are hands down some of the best headphones I’ve ever owned. I’ve had them for a year and the sound and build quality are top tier! I’ve used them daily. I have over 1500 hours of use. The app that Sony made is jam packed with features and I honestly have no complaints. I’ve even used them for gaming on my PC and they are amazing for that too, far better than my Astro A50’s.

They haven't failed to help me yet so I'd say it's a great service

On to my 4 pair of headphones with this protection plan. Stuff happens, and Music is a requirement of my sanity at work. Knowing I can take a broken pair of headphones into the store and walk out with a new pair in the box for 10% of the orginal cost. Some stores are not as friendly and stock issues are a thing. If you respectful and polite, they have actually upgraded my Headphones from SkullCandy Crushers to Crushers ANC at no additional cost to myself. (Over 150$ price difference at the time) Totally worth it.

Well about to use again tomorrow 9/21/2025. The last time it was easy to use they actually treated me with respect.

I've bought the Geek Squad Protection plan for my headphones for years now. Every time an issue has come up with my headphones, Best Buy has been great about repairs or replacement, no questions asked. The peace of mind is totally worth it!
